Critiques
The first thing the eye is drawn to is ultimately the vehicle, as it plays center stage to the dust and the road ahead. The balance of the dark tree line and the light colored mid-ground and foreground is truly intriguing. I feel it almost frames the fast paced progress of the car, but still leave enough to the imagination to let the viewer continue the car’s path ahead. The car provides the picture with a nice rhythm. The dust is also a nice factor in the photo, but the rocks being thrown are even more powerful because it exposes the car’s power and pace as it literally spits them out as it races along. ((I do hope you managed to escape any rocks that came in your direction!))
All in all, I feel the photograph is very balanced and has a wonderful rhythm. Both of these characteristics unify the picture and give it a strong presence. The only thing I might suggest is darkening the scene, to give it a slight bit more contrast, this should in turn highlight the car even more.
